SINGAPORE — The Marketing Society is turning the page to an exciting new chapter in Singapore, unveiling key leadership appointments that underscore its mission to elevate marketers across Asia-Pacific. Gita De Beer, Global Director of Strategic Initiatives at Heineken has been apointed as the new Chair of The Marketing Society Singapore. De Beer’s appointment comes alongside the induction of six influential board members—each a force in shaping marketing and brand leadership across the region.

A seasoned marketing leader with over 18 years of experience spanning Unilever, Coca-Cola, and Diageo, De Beer is no stranger to the Society. Previously serving as a board member, she now leads the charge in fostering a stronger, more connected community of marketers. As the new Chair of The Marketing Society Singapore, Gita is deeply committed to elevating the work of Asian marketers onto the global stage while fostering their personal growth. Her vision is to empower marketers in Singapore and the region to lead with confidence, realise their ambitions and amplify Asia’s unique strengths worldwide.
