ABS-CBN inks content sharing deal with Coconuts.co

MANILA – ABS-CBN and Coconuts.co has started exchanging news, features and video content on their respective websites since March under a two-year content partnership deal.

ABS-CBN News Online will be publishing local and regional content from Coconuts.co and post Coconuts TV videos on its YouTube channel. In turn, Coconuts.co will syndicate breaking news, regional stories and other reports from ABS-CBNnews.com on its website.

The deal is expected to give ABS-CBN a welcome boost in terms of regional coverage and reach thanks to Coconuts’ over 3 million monthly unique visitors. Added to this is Coconuts TV which nets another 20,000 to 30,000 views per video on YouTube.

On the other end, Coconuts.co will get the chance to get even closer to Filipinos with the country’s biggest media company. ABS-CBN News Online properties touts receiving 3.5 million daily page views and 1.3 million average daily users.
