Ace Saatchi & Saatchi makes Radio & Audio shortlist at LIA 2014

MANILA – Ace Saatchi & Saatchi is the sole Philippine agency on the Radio & Audio shortlist, after its work, ‘ZZZ Radio’ for pampers was named finalist.

The United States dominated the shortlist, claiming 23 of the 98 entries. Of these, 10 entries are from LatinWorks, with other entries coming from DDB Chicago, DDB New York, Dieste, Publicis Kaplan Thaler, The Richards Group, and Wieden + Kennedy.

Canada followed the tally with 15 entries, with majority coming from DDB Canada, and other entries from FCB Toronto, Grip Limited, Ig2, and Y&R Canada.

Germany counted 14 shortlisted entries, with 11 entries from serviceplan Munich, two from BBDO Germany, and one from Ogilvy Germany.

Australia and the United Arab Emirates had ten entries on the shortlist each. Australia’s shortlisted entries are from agencies including Eardrum Australia, Flagstaff Studios, George Patterson Y&R, Leo Burnett, Marketforce, while the UAE’s finalists are all by IMPACT BBDO Dubai. 

Singapore and South Africa had four finalists each from TBWA\ Singapore, and Ogilvy & Mather Johannesburg. 

The United Kingdom and Argentina had three entries each on the shortlist from Global Radio Creative, RKCR/ Y&R, DDB Argentina, and Ogilvy & Mather Argentina.

Chile, Colombia, and Sweden had two shortlisted entries each, with campaigns from Red Cross Santiago, TBWA\ FREDERICK, Sancho BBDO, and CP+B Scandinavia.

Like the Philippines, Portugal, Puerto Rico, and Thailand had one shortlisted entry each, with campaigns from Fuel Publicidade Lisboa, Leo Burnett San Juan, and JWT Bangkok making the cut.

The London International Awards winners will be announced on November 3 .
