Agatep named IMMAP president for 2015

MANILA – Havas Worldwide managing director and chief creative officer Norman Agatep has been named president of the Internet and Mobile Marketing Association of the Philippines (IMMAP).

Agatep will be working alongside Inquirer Interactive VP for mobile Javier Vicente Rufino, who is the new vice president, and Blue Blade and e-Learning Edge president Hans Roxas-Chua, who sits as corporate secretary.

A-Solutions head of corporate sales Menchie Viduya-Dizon will serve as treasurer.

While the new board has yet to formally meet, Agatep told adobo: “We intend to strengthen IMMAP programs/activities that we have initiated in the past–IMMAP Summit, Boomerang Awards, Digital Measurement Board, for instance, to make these even more relevant as we experience a growing demand for digital in this industry.”

“Special efforts ought to be seen as well in the areas of self regulation and ethics, and in education,” he shared.
