MANILA – Ogilvy & Mather Philippines has tapped Agnes Martinez and Dino Ocampo to lead strategy and creatives respectively.
Martinez joined the agency from Tribal DDB as head of strategy, overseeing planners, strategists and consultants. She reports to CEO Elly Puyat.
“Agnes’s varied experience in brand planning, CRM & digital from agencies like Ogilvy Singleton in Australia and Clemenger BBDO also in Australia, gives her a unique and inclusive perspective of the intersection between brand, digital and social thinking,” Puyat told adobo.
Meanwhile, Ocampo takes on the role of executive creative director, reporting to group ECD Richmond Walker and working closely with OgilvyOne ECD Mike Sicam. Ocampo is returning to the agency from Movent Philippines, which he joined as ECD after a stint at OgilvyOne as creative director.
Key clients assigned to Ocampo’s group include Mondelez, with brands such as Tang, Eden, Cheez Whiz, Toblerone and Cadbury, among others.
“It’s a multi-discipline role that fits his capability very well,” Puyat said of Ocampo’s new position.
