MANILA – Every year, many countries in the world celebrate the World Milk Day. In the Philippines, Alaska will be celebrating the annual event with a fun run to be held on Sunday at the SM Mall of Asia.
The Alaska Family run promotes family bonding and doing fun activities together, thus a fun run that all the members of the family can join in.
At 6am, the Milk House, a milk toast will be simultaneously done in four different locations: Manila, Baguio, Cebu and Davao. The activity aims to make sure that kids are having proper nutrition by drinking milk.
Personalities, health advocations and sports enthusiasts will be taking part in the Alaska Family Run.
There will also be a Zumba session for those who would like to sweat away while bustin’ out their moves.
The Alaska Family Run is for the benefit of Children’s Hour.
