MANILA, PHILIPPINES– The Cresta Awards has revealed its 2020 winners and among them are BBDO Guerrero, Dentsu Jayme Syfu and Havas Ortega.
BBDO Guerrero’s “Font Books” for the Reading Association of the Philippines won two golds under typography and craft campaign categories.
Font Books was one of the winners at the adobo LIA Young Creative Competitions in 2019 where Michelle Edu’s idea of replacing conventional placeholder text with stories placed her in the 2019 Creative LIAisons.

Dentsu Jayme Syfu won bronze for their campaign “CAPTCHAring Harassment” for Gabriela Philippines under THE ‘Wish we’d thought of that’ AWARD .
The campaign makes use of the CAPTCHA test used to determine whether or not the user is human, but instead of identifying cars or traffic lights, users are asked to identify which photos show harassment against women.
Under the Media Magic Award, Havas Media Ortega bagged a bronze for Project S.A.V.E. for Valenzuela City, a transformation of outdoor marketing materials—billboards, banners, and waiting sheds into detachable disaster-ready boats, life rafts, spineboards, and other disaster response tools.
