On top of its business growth, OMD also achieved recognition from the industry winning
a total of 16 awards in MSAP’s (Media Specialists Association of the Philippines)
ICE (Insight, Creativity and Effectiveness) Awards.
Recognizing that its people are its greatest asset, OMD rolled out a COVID-19 Rapid Response program to safeguard employees’ health. Aside from conducting COVID-19 rapid tests, the agency distributed care kits to guarantee that everyone remained safe even when working remotely. To date, OMD’s staff retention rate remains as one of the highest in the industry at 91%.
