MANILA – Philippine Comedy Queen Ai-Ai delas Alas has returned to the GMA Network after working with rival network ABS-CBN for the last 14 years.
Ai-Ai’s initial project under her two-year contract with GMA is the upcoming primetime series Let the Love Begin which is slated to air this May.
She started her showbiz career in GMA as one of the hosts of the noontime shows Lunch Date and Salo-Salo Together. Becoming Cheenie La Chika in her show R.S.V.P. was proven to be one of her most memorable work at the company.

At ABS-CBN, Delas Alas starred in popular TV shows and movies that include”Ang Tanging Ina,” “Super Inggo,” “Bituing Walang Ningning,” “Volta,” “Ruffa & Ai,” and “My Binondo Girl,” among others.
Appearing in both camps and remarkable versatility also made Delas Alas one of the country’s top endorsers, ranking 20th place in YES! Magazine’s Top Celebrity endorsers poll for 2011.
