MANILA – BBDO Guerrero’s ‘#PHTHANKYOU’ campaign for the Department of Tourism scooped the Grand Prix in this year’s Asia-Pacific Tambuli Awards. The same campaign also struck Gold for Advocacy and Silver for Digital and Insights Strategic Thinking.
BBDO also bagged a Gold for Advocacy for ‘Keep the Story Alive’ for the National Union of Journalists of the Philippines, This campaign also won Best of Show and the Lucille Tenazas Excellence Award at the adobo Design Awards 2015 last March.
Another Gold winner for Advocacy and Family-Oriented Brand was Publicis JimenezBasic for ‘Lucky Me! Kainang Pamilya Mahalaga (KPM) “Distance” Campaign’. The agency also took home a Silver metal for Globe Project 1Phone.
Aspac and Lowe Inc. brought home two Golds for ‘Project Rainbow’ and ‘SM Eco Bags’ respectively both under the Advocacy category. The ‘SM Eco Bags’ also recently topped the campaign category of the adobo Creative Rankings 2015 and won a trophy at the AMES 2015.
McCann Worldgroup Philippines brought home the most metal, scoring four Bronze and two silvers for Jollibee Foreignoy, Project Greatness, Share-a-Coke PH, Purina Lend-A-Paw, Happiest Thank You.
The awarding was held on Tuesday at the Carlos P. Romulo Auditorium, RCBC Plaza.
The Asia-Pacific Tambuli Awards is the first and only global award of its kind that donors brands that deliver results and promote social good.
