BBDO Guerrero to work on AF Payments branding campaign

MANILA – BBDO Guerrero has been chosen by AF Payments Inc. to work on a branding campaign for an upcoming modern ticketing system for riders of the LRT and MRT.

A joint venture between the DOTC and the joint venture of Ayala and Metro Pacific groups, the system will introduce a single contactless payment system via a stored value card.

It is similar to Singapore’s EZ Link card or Hong Kong’s Octopus card and will be later expand the payment service to other modes of transportation, parking, toll ways and retail outlets.

The upcoming campaign with BBDO is expected to familiarize locals to the idea, making the public appreciate its benefits and slowly shape the people’s payment habits and attitudes towards cashless transactions.
