MANILA, PHILIPPINES – Jollibee just released a statement regarding its operations, in light of the most recent developments surrounding COVID-19 and the community quarantine imposed on Luzon.
The beloved Filipino fast food chain announced that it will be closing some of its stores in the quarantined areas, and the ones which will stay operational will only be available for Drive-Thru, and Delivery Service, as well as Take-Out if the local ordinances will allow. It also assured its customers that intense safety and sanitation protocols are being implemented, and calls for understanding and patience as its services might take longer than usual. Contactless delivery will also be applied, to ensure the safety of both its riders and customers.
