Brand & Business: LRMC names Ripple8 as new PR agency for #ikotMNL

LRT-1 private operator Light Rail Manila Corporation (LRMC) recently appointed Ripple8, Inc. as its new public relations agency-on-record for its ikotMNL tourism campaign effective April 2019.

LRMC launched ikotMNL back in August 2018 as a way to further drive tourism and exposure to Manila’s most important heritage and commercial destinations that are easily walkable from the LRT-1’s 20 stations. Through partnerships with local tour operators, tourists can learn all about Manila’s history and culture while traversing the iconic light rail route.

“This partnership is truly exciting, as we look forward to what the team can do to raise the level of colorful and educational tourism in Manila,” says LRMC Corporate Communications Head Rochelle Gamboa.

Gamboa adds that Ripple8’s initiatives to produce agile and innovative content for ikotMNL is what led LRMC to choose them.
