MANILA, PHILIPPINES — Following an assessment, the Taguig City Government approved the opening of SM Aura Premier under the Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ).
On May 18, SM Aura Premier started opening its doors to serve the public with essential needs such as groceries, medicine, food for take-out, and select retail brands.
SM Aura Premier worked in close coordination with the Taguig City Government to assure that the mall complies with the safety and sanitation protocols over and above government regulations.
As such, the mall continues to enforce guidelines for safety, including physical distancing at all times.
Customers will be required to wear a mask at all times and only those bearing official Taguig City Quarantine passes will be allowed to enter the mall.
The mall is also cleaned and disinfected prior to opening and throughout mall hours, while entrances are equipped with temperature checks and disinfecting foot mats. Alcohol dispensers are provided at entrances and restrooms, and restrooms are sanitized every 30 minutes.
To ensure safety, SM will run COVID-19 antibody rapid testing on all its employees and agency frontliners, including janitors and security guards. Protective equipment is also provided, including face masks and face shields.
