In her acceptance speech, Delgado said it takes an entire organization working as one to deliver great customer experience.

“I share this recognition with my fellow UnionBankers. We are proud and humbled by the story we are writing,” Delgado said.

Last year, UnionBank was among Asia’s leading companies lauded by world-renowned research and consulting firm Frost & Sullivan at the 2019 Frost & Sullivan Asia-Pacific Best Practices Awards.

According to Frost & Sullivan, research results showed that UnionBank was “voted with the highest ratings by customers across multiple dimensions,” exhibiting a “phenomenal performance and a very rare outcome in a competitive market such as retail banking.”

It commended UnionBank for performing well beyond the trail of innovation, completely transforming its banking capabilities to enhance customer experience.
