A tree takes about 10 years to be mature enough to absorb pollutant around it but with Boysen’s that can easily become one day of painting a tree with Boysen’s KNOxOUT.
EDSA’s infamy can be found in the heart of every Manileño, notorious for being grimy, polluted, congested and generally unpleasant, even as millions of people pass through it daily. For most drivers and commuters, passing through one of the country’s busiest thoroughfares is hardly an enjoyable drive. Launched in 2012, the “This Is A Tree” campaign TBWA\ Mangada Santiago Puno Manila aimed to paint murals all over the city with Boysen’s KNOxOUT, a smog-eating paint that is able to absorb the same amount of nitrogen oxide as one mature tree.
To date, there are about 6000 square meters of city wall painted over with the KNOxOUT paint.
