SINGAPORE – DDB Group Philippines, one of the country’s leading integrated marketing communications groups, bagged two Silver for Southeast Asia (SEA) Best Culture and Talent Development Program of the Year at the 2019 Campaign Agency of the Year Awards.
Chief Culture Officer Anna Chua-Norbert, who heads the Group’s talent development and corporate affairs department, received the plaques in the awards ceremony recently held at the Ritz Carlton Millenia in Singapore.
“Throughout the years, we have proven that our people-centric approach brings out the best in our employees. We were able to maintain our high employee engagement rate and high-performing culture with this year being one of our best as we reaped several awards and recognitions, new businesses, and unprecedented business growth. We owe all our success to our people,” said Chua.
