Campaign Brief Asia has given us a glimpse of the Manila portion of their annual rankings, by agency and by individual creative.
BBDO Guerrero holds the top spot, for the 4th time. It is the only agency to be on top since the rankings began. The top three remains unchanged (BBDO, JWT, O&M), DM9JaymeSyfu moved up to 4th position, TBWA went one slot down to 5th. New to the ranking are Leo Burnett and PublicisJimenezBasic.
For creatives, the top 4 spots went to BBDO creatives David, Joel, Simon and Joni, followed by Dave Ferrer (JWT) and Leigh Reyes (Y&R at time of ranking). Creatives from O&M* and DM9 JaymeSyfu Manila also made the top chart. We’ll probably find other Manila names among the rest of the 1,000+ creatives ranked, but for that we all have to wait for our copies of the magazine. (Where are we versus the rest of the region? For perspective, the two creatives tied at #23 have 584 points each. David Guerrero comes in at 394 points.)
The rankings are compiled by regional magazine Campaign Brief Asia, based solely on performances over the past two year period.
