MANILA, Philippines– In the wake of the longest quarantine in the world, jeepney drivers are among the hardest-hit in the population. Many have resorted to begging on the same streets they once plied.
In an effort to raise funds for displaced drivers, The MullenLowe Group has launched the limited edition Off-Strat Tote Bags. The bags feature cool pop art designs inspired by some of MullenLowe’s well-known campaigns, as well as a few ideas their clients would never approve.
Price starts at P500, with proceeds going directly to the drivers. More info can be found at the 4As Philippines website, which has recently been taken over by the MullenLowe Group. The fundraiser is just one of MullenLowe’s activities in the said takeover.
Visitors should check out the feature on “Ahensya Life Pages You Should Know,” as well as a video titled “Ano ang Trabaho Mo—According to Your Family.”
For those looking for more involvement, MullenLowe Philippines is also offering a chance to work on other socially driven initiatives. Interested parties can join via the Sobrang Young Lang Competition, an internship program for college students aged 18 to 21 years old. The full brief can be found here.
