MANILA – Filipino netizens were abuzz over ‘The Auditon,’ an ad for City of Dreams in Manila that stars Hollywood giants Leonardo DiCaprio, Robert De Niro, and Martin Scorsese.
The video, which shows DiCaprio and De Niro going head to head for a role in Scorsese’s next project, was mysteriously set to ‘private’ on YouTube but not before excited Pinoys gushed over it online.
According to Vanity Fair, the series of ads is rumoured to have a budget of USD 70 million.
Patterned after the City of Dreams Macau, the Manila resort and casino includes three award-winning hotels: Crown Towers, Nobu and Hyatt. The complex sits on a 6.2-hectare site along the Roxas Boulevard and is going to be part of the Entertainment City being developed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation.
City of Dreams Manila had a soft opening on December 14, 2014 and will be having their grand inaugural on February 2.
