MANILA — Jos Ortega recently appointed CJ Roque as Head of Front Office for the Havas Media brand. Roque has extensive experience in management, integrated communications strategy, development marketing and CRM.

Roque’s role as Head of Front Office for Havas Media consolidates all Business Units across multiple specializations within the organization.

“At the top of my agenda is growing client relationship. I also want to get my team in the best shape they can possibly be in. In the long run, I want to help in synergizing all the Havas properties and coming up with more breakthrough ideas for our clients within the media, creative, and digital spaces.”

Prior to Havas Media, Roque was Head of Account Management at BBDO Guerrero Philippines. She was also Head of Marketing for Landco Pacific Corporation. She has earned distinctions from Kidlat Awards, Adstars and Araw Awards for her work with Johnson & Johnson Philippines.

Jos Ortega, Chairman & CEO of Havas Ortega, says: “CJ will embody the next-generation Front Office leader within our organization. At Havas Media, she will oversee the client needs across all disciplines – from creative, media, digital to innovation. Full integration not only requires the specialists, but also the structure to make it happen.”

Commenting on her first few weeks at the Havas Village, “I felt at home right away,” Roque says. “The Havas Ortega Swarm (as they fondly call themselves) made me feel very welcome. I saw how strong the culture is: people collaborate and engage freely. The swarm is so much fun and adds to the sense of camaraderie.” She adds, “I love that the Managing Partners are so approachable. It’s easy enough to pop in, chat, discuss, seek direction. The environment is informal, yet empowering. I can understand why there are so many that have remained loyal all these years.”
