A graduate of English Literature, Lim stumbled into the advertising industry after picking up the book Ogilvy on Advertising in his final year in university. He read the book from cover to cover since he couldn’t afford it at that time.
Lim spent over a decade in Naga DDB Malaysia where he assisted in growing and winning more than 50 accounts. He soon moved up the career ladder to become the Chief Creative Officer of Dentsu Asia Pacific working with 26 companies across 15 countries.
He emulates the significance of personalized creative strategies in his teams.
