MANILA – Fresh from this year’s wins from Cannes to the 4As Agency of the Year Best in Creative and Best in Industry and Community Service, Dentsu Jayme Syfu is proud to announce multiple new promotions. The multi-disciplinary creative shop has gone into a major organization change early this year to efficiently handle its growing businesses. The management team has expanded and new digital leadership roles have been created, with more people growing within the agency.

ELYSE BELLA: Executive Client Director

Elyse is a team player with more than 14 years of experience working for local and multinational Ad Agencies. She has a solid background in account management and believes in treating every client as partners. She is responsible for the successful relationship and the business growth of her Japanese brands Ajinomoto, Yamaha, Glico and Kobayashi Pharmaceuticals.

Aside from business success, Elyse welcomes award-winning creative and effective campaigns. As an Executive Client Director, she will continue to push her team to pioneer insightful creativity that builds brands. She has stayed in Dentsu for almost 8 years now and aims to continuously grow as one with her Clients.

JULIA GALLARDO: Executive Digital Director for CRM

Julia is not new to the Jayme Syfu group, in 2010 she led and handled the telco business of Dm9 Jayme Syfu until she made the leap to be one of the first “hybrids” of Integrated Accounts and Digitally led Projects with Di9it DM9, being appointed as Business Unit Director.

Since 2014, Julia has been part of the growth of Di9it DM9 and led the business unit handling brands like Johnson & Johnson, Fonterra Philippines, Unilever Philippines, Jollibee Foods Corporation, Cignal TV and BDO.

With Julia’s new role as Dentsu Jayme Syfu’s Executive Digital Director Position specializing in CRM and E Commerce, Julia aims to move beyond regular advertising but rather focus on providing solutions for client’s businesses. She will stress the value of brands progressively getting to know their customers better, having visibility on their preferences and habits and ultimately push this to purchase.

ALEXA REMALANTE : Associate Creative Director

Alexa has been working in this industry for 7 years.

Great curiosity and fear of complacency led her to Dentsu Jayme Syfu. She worked on PLDT, Smart, Cignal, Unilever, Uniqlo, Jollibee, Love Yourself, Fonterra, Coca-Cola.

As an Art Director, she defies stereotypes. She has pushed herself beyond art direction–writing copy, jingles, and articles. She has won a number of metals in both local and international awards, including Golds in Ad Fest and Clio, Silvers and Bronzes in Spikes, Crystals in Ad Stars.

The Denstu Tokyo Journal has even featured her article in their monthly Magazine Sekai-Megane. Her infectious enthusiasm and passion have set a great example to younger creatives.

As an Associate Creative Director, she would push for greater ideas that revolve around real human insights. She believes that our job shouldn’t be defined by aesthetics and technicalities alone. What makes it fulfilling is creating ideas that can change real people’s behavior for the better.

TOBIEL ST. JOHN CASTANEDA: Digital Director for Social Media

Tob leads the social media team of Dentsu Jayme Syfu, winning new business accounts like Toyota, Nestle Cerelac, and Sun Cellular. He also handles key accounts including Nutriasia and Fonterra brands, Meralco, and Century Tuna.

Prior to joining the agency, he spent 4 years helping establish the robust social media presence and influencer marketing arm of Smart Communications. He is an Advertising Management graduate of De La Salle University-Manila. He also holds professional certificates on digital marketing from Georgia Tech and National University of Singapore.

With majority of DJS clients shifting to digital, he finds challenge in his role as the new Digital Director to provide innovative and creative social media solutions, as well as find new digital revenue streams by strengthening the agency’s digital PR services.

TABBI TOMAS: Social Media Director

An Organizational Communication graduate in De La Salle University, Tabbi’s four years in advertising has started out in Havas Ortega as a Community Manager handling integrated digital campaigns.

 A year after, she has moved to Dentsu Jayme Syfu as a Social Media Manager. In just a year, Tabbi has taken part in bringing in some of the agency’s biggest brands and biggest awards: Jollibee and Love Yourself’s #StayNegatHIVe campaign. She has also worked on the winning pitch for Coca-Cola and was part of the team that brought home the Gold Cannes Lions for Greenpeace’s Dead Whale.

 Her goal is to provide avenues where the DJS social media team can fully exhibit their strength. She will also work hand in hand with the new set of Digital Directors to come up with fully integrated solutions for clients.
