Di9it names Vanessa Balao as new CRM director

MANILA – Di9it, the digital creative agency of DM9 JaymeSyfu, has announced the appointment of Vanessa Balao as their new Director for CRM (Customer Relationship Management). Balao will be responsible for driving the CRM business across the different clients of Di9it.

“At the heart of digital is fostering deeper relationships with consumers and this is where eCRM comes in. There are so many potential digital touch points like social and mobile and we believe that Vanessa has the expertise, experience, and creative instinct to help our clients make the most out of eCRM.” Di9it Managing Director & Partner Carlo Ople shared in a press release.

Meanwhile, Balao expressed her excitement at the new position: “DM9 and Di9it is an exciting place to be in because of the creative and dynamic environment! I’m looking forward to making eCRM as a viable channel that can be utilized to execute award-winning creative ideas.”

Balao started her career in advertising in Mediacom as a Communications Planner. She then moved on to Movent (formerly NetBooster Asia) as part of the CRM Team where she worked with a variety of clients including Globe Telecom, Del Monte Philippines, Wyeth, and Starbucks.
