Cannes, June 17, 2008 – DM9 JaymeSyfu, an affiliate of DDB, won a Bronze Lion in the Media Lions competition for its dramatic “Duct Tape” series of posters for women’s group Gabriela.
It is quite an achievement for the creative hot shop, which opened its doors only two years ago. It is also the country’s first Media Lion, awarded to “media efforts that generate access to consumers in ways that are simultaneously innovative, engaging, encompassing and effective.”
The Media Lions were presented, along with the Outdoor and Radio Lions, by Media Lions jury President Dominic Proctor, worldwide CEO of MindShare.
