MANILA – The EON Group has announced a series of appointments to bolster its fast growing digital and creative technology arm, DIG.

Arvon Fernandez recently joined EON as the new Head of DiG. Joining him are Vim Pelagio-Magbanua as DiG’s Group Account Director, to lead account management and Regine Malicsi-Feraer, who was earlier appointed as Associate Creative Director, to shepherd the digital creative teams servicing DIG’s regional and local portfolio of clients.

Fernandez brings with him 12 years of experience in integrated marketing communications for agencies and networks like Publicis Manila, DDB Philippines, Harrison/McCann, Ace Saatchi & Saatchi, and Arc/Leo Burnett.

“It’s a great opportunity to work in EON and continue to build the company’s digital and creative technology capabilities,” Fernandez said. “My focus is to further strengthen the strategic and creative processes of DiG in developing solid ideas, and ensuring that those are translated into stories that resonate, and are told in ingenious ways with the use of technology.”

“We are all excited to see how Arvon, Vim and Kim can fuse their multinational agency experience with EON’s unique culture,” said EON’s President & COO Richard Arboleda. “They are joining a young but experienced team that has already made great strides in the last few years, expanding EON’s local and regional digital footprint, so we all look forward to where DiG’s new leaders will take the business in the years to come.”
