MANILA, PHILIPPINES – IGNITE PH, the largest international innovation conference in the Philippines goes online this October! IGNITE CYBER 2020 – THE SPECIAL ONLINE EDITION is a six-day innovation, technology, and business matching event to support the startup and innovation community in the Philippines. This event is co-organized by Techshake, dentsu X, and Brainsparks.
In 2019, over 2000 participants attended the event. Over 80 distinguished speakers from 14 countries came together for an inspiring and informative conference with the theme: Innovating Asia: Shaping the World. IGNITE had engaging speakers from organizations leading in innovation like Hubspot, Google, Techsauce, Boston Consulting Group, IE Business School, Future Now Ventures, and more.
IGNITE also organized a first-in-the-country joint pitch competition called WILDFIRE that gave out over 1M pesos worth of prizes, and a chance to win 500k US Dollars in the Seedstars Global competition in Switzerland.
This year, as part of IGNITE CYBER 2020, WILDFIRE will be held completely online! The online pitch competition will include over 20+ judges from different VC’s and Corporates, and we’re targeting at least 1000+ audience members. The winner will receive USD 5,000 equity-free cash and other prizes.
Startups from all over Asia and across the verticals of Health, Education, Finance, E-commerce, and Workplace Innovation will be pitching this year. Each winner per category will have the chance to pitch in the Finals for the grand prize.
Match, the largest innovation-centric Business Matching and Networking event in the Philippines is once again set to bring together Startups, Investors, and Corporations in the spirit of collaboration. This year Match will be powered by Swapcard and it’s AI-enabled networking platform. Get to meet companies from all over the region also through the virtual exhibition area with virtual booths composed of startups, enablers, and corporates.
