The Philippine Designers Gala (PHDG) – Season 2 Holiday Collections brought out the chic, elegance, and sophistication last July 27th at the C3 Events Place in San Juan, Greenhills with a spectacular display of world-class and well-applauded masterpieces of highly creative and globally competitive Filipino Fashion Designers. It highlighted the talents of both the well known and established Filipino designers alongside with the future upcoming fashion designers. The showcase of designs was supported by a lineup of breathtaking models provided by Maleficent Models Academy.
Local designers included Maestro John, Antonio Antonio, Cathy Capistrano, Dave Ocampo, Edwin Uy, Frederick Berches, Gil Granado, Onie Luna, Paul Santos, Red Zurbano, Russ Cuevas, Alex Ganda Anore, Dan Esmalde, Brad Shilver, Jerome Campano, Kenneth Nabua, Reynold Tenerife, and Bens Lyndon Carullo.
“This is a platform for local designers to showcase their unique designs, to be known not just here in the Philippines but around the world,” stated Harvey Unso the host and Official Model Coach.
“It’s a celebration of colors, fun, culture, and arts in the Philippines,” explained Maestro John.
