MANILA- While El Gamma Penumbra took home the top prize in the first ever “Asia’s Got Talent”, the rest of Asia who avidly supported the finalists in the inaugural talent show demonstrated why they are considered champions of social media.
Facebook data revealed that Asia’s Got Talent generated a whooping 10.5 million related posts, comments, shares and likes globally. And while it has undeniably worldwide appeal, a staggering 57% of that traffic came from only two countries – the Philippines and Indonesia.
