MANILA – A little over a year since its launch, Google Philippines has started searching for a new country manager, following the departure of Narciso Reyes from the post.
adobo confirmed with Google Philippines that Reyes left the company at the end of January 2014. He held the role of country manager since the launch of Google Philippines in January 2013.
Google told adobo that Google Malaysia country head Sajith Sivanandan is acting as Philippine country manager in the interim.
Google Philippines placed a job posting for the role on their page on February 27.
According to the job posting, the Philippines country manager is responsible for “managing Philippine operations, including the development and execution of the overall Philippine strategy.”
