For a company that heavily operates online, Canva is particularly good at employee engagement. With fully themed season openers and table tennis breakout sessions, the company knows how to keep its employees fulfilled and well-paced.
Canva was one of the first companies to arrange remote work for its employees, even before the quarantine was implemented. Their young and agile workforce has not only been working from home (WFH) but even created WFH-friendly ways to keep their virtual vibes. One might even say Canva would be unrecognizable without the vibe. For one, they have converted the office meals into food stipend and can post their scrumptious homecooking in their #whatsforlunch Slack channel.

Aside from the recipes, the video tutorials also include DIY projects such as screen cleaner using items at home.
