J. Walter Thompson Philippines ends 2018 strong by topping R3 Worldwide’s PH rankings

J. Walter Thompson Philippines ended 2018 strong with a total of 33 account wins and an estimated overall revenue of USD 3.48M, with BBDO and NuWorks Interactive Labs coming in second and third in R3 Worldwide’s 2018 Creative Agencies New Business League rankings. 

Among J. Walter Thompson Philippines’ 2018 wins are projects with Globe Telecom Home Postpaid and Home Prepaid, Netflix, and Midea Washing Machine, bringing their estimated win revenue to USD 3.48M.

Meanwhile, BBDO won projects with Araneta, Roche, Cebu LandMasters, and three other accounts to bring their win count for 2018 to six. While revenues from the win reached USD 4.10M, the agency’s overall revenue for the year is lower at USD 3.34M.

NuWorks Interactive Labs is another strong performer, gaining digital agency-of-record designations from TGIFriday, San Miguel Brewery and E-Commerce, and winning a project for Belo Papaya Soap. Estimated win revenue from the agency’s total of 13 won accounts totaled to USD 2.89M. 

Rounding out the top 5 creative agencies in R3’s rankings are Dentsu and Leo Burnett Manila with USD 2.7M and USD 1.63M in estimated win revenues respectively. 

Notably, McCann Worldgroup Philippines scored 36 wins in 2018 but is sixth in the rankings with USD 1.39M estimated win revenues.
