Jay Lim Named Blue 449 PH General Manager

MANILA – Publicis One Philippines announced today the promotion of Jerome “Jay” Lim to General Manager of media agency Blue 449. Lim assumes the said role concurrent to his position as Head of Strategy for Publicis One’s media brands.

Jay has more than 15 years of experience in the media industry. He is a BS Statistics graduate of the University of the Philippines – Diliman, and has diverse experience across strategic integrated planning, buying optimization and data and analytics practice. He has held senior media management positions in Universal McCann, Starcom Mediavest and Zenith Optimedia.
