GLOBAL – The Advertising and Marketing Effectiveness (AME) Awards is now accepting entries for the 2011 competition. Dedicated to honoring results-driven work, the AME Awards is given on a regional and international level.

The 2011 AME competition has strategically redefined entry categories to reflect the current trends in the evolving advertising and marketing industry. Categories of note are Marketing Specialties, such as integrated and interactive; Social Media/Online; Mobile; and the Green AME, which honors the entry that best meets the objectives of a company whose emphasis is on resource conservation and reducing any negative impact to the environment. There will be only one GREEN AME Award recipient.

Entries must be executed between January 1, 2009 and August 15, 2010. Deadline for submission is on August 15, 2010. Campaign briefs can be entered online at www.ameawards.com.

 

The 2010 International Grand Trophy was awarded to SapientNitro, South Brisbane, Australia for “Best Job in the World”. Among the Philippine entrants, only BBDO Guerrero/Proximity Philippines won medals–a Silver and a Bronze for Bayan.
