MANILA – Female-fronted bands will take the stage at Lakihan Mo Logo XXX on August 29 at Alphonse Bistro in Pasig.
“Ngayong ika-5th year namin we are planning to become mas thematic para maging mas interesting siya. We chose Ladies Night dahil ang fanbase ng lakihan mo logo ay mostly babae,” Herbert Hernandez, ECD at Y&R explained.
Lakihan Mo Logo XXX features Imago, Moonstar88, Group Hug, Flying Ipis, Talata, Ultramarine, Weather, ROUGE, Brand X, Tanya Markova and Gracenote. The poster is designed by tattoo artist Tamara Piranha of Y&R Philippines.
Founded in January 2010, Lakihan Mo Logo was originally formed to give advertising people a break, because of the high-stress nature of their work. “It was formed by advertising people for advertising people with the help of production houses,” Hernandez said. The name is a reference to the usual client’s comment to “Make the logo bigger.”
Lakihan Mo Logo XXX is presented by Production House of the Year Straight Shooters Media Inc. and Independent Agency of the Year IdeasXMachina, in partnership with adobo magazine and San Miguel Brewery Inc.
The event will be hosted by Ramon Bautista and Jun Sabayton + Syke.
