Leading change: FCB Manila appoints Lou Santos as Vice-President for Client Services

MANILA - FCB Manila welcomes Lou Santos as its new Vice President for Client Services. A seasoned advertising professional, Lou now leads with twenty years’ experience from Ace Saatchi & Saatchi, dentsuINDIO, and JimenezBasic among others.

In the face of change, Lou is filled with determination: “I look forward to the challenge of helping develop an entrepreneurial and creative culture within FCB, together with the leadership team, Arnold [Liong], Lizzie [Santos] and Jake [Tesoro].”

Previously, he’s helped turn around P&G business into a viable regional and local revenue stream in his previous agency, helped his creative teams win 3 Cannes Lions and a number of international and local awards, and managed key accounts such as Diageo Philippines (Johnnie Walker, Captain Morgan), San Miguel Corp., Magnolia Inc., Chowking, Mundipharma, Canon, Honda and Nestlé, to name a few. Consequently, Lou was consistently ranked among the industry’s top accounts people in the Adobo Creative Rankings during this time.

Lou continues, “Advertising is a rapidly changing industry and I’m excited for the move of FCB Manila towards a more integrated approach, to look at campaigns more holistically. Together with the teams, I aim to build trust and confidence with our clients over time and improve our output.

I believe in building brands through great creative work, and I advocate growing the FCB business with both business and creative wins.”

FCB Manila’s CEO Arnold Liong caps it off, “Change is a good thing and as long as we move forward with unity and a passion for improvement, we will emerge a better company. Judging from the recent work I’ve seen, I can see fantastic days ahead.”
