MANILA – Warc 100 ranked Leo Burnett Manila’s “Aid Couture” project for Procter & Gamble as among the world’s most effective campaigns. It is the only campaign and agency from the Philippines that made it to the annual rankings, and among a select few from Asia. The ranking strengthens Leo Burnett Manila’s position as a top agency in the country for strategy and effectiveness, and comes after the agency’s recent back-to-back wins in the AME Awards New York for advertising and marketing effectiveness.
The Warc 100 is an annual list of the world’s best campaigns, agencies, and brands, based on their performance in effectiveness and strategy competitions. Warc, the global market intelligence service company, tracked more than 2,000 winning campaigns from 79 different competitions in the previous calendar year.
“Aid Couture” has figured prominently in international award shows winning medals in CLIO, One Show, AdFest, Spikes Asia, AME Awards New York, AMES, and Ad Stars. The campaign has also been recognized in Philippine award shows like Kidlat, Tambuli, and the adobo Design Awards.
According to David Tiltman, head of content at Warc, the Warc 100 represents the best work in marketing – breakthrough campaigns that have delivered tangible results for their clients. The rankings are a benchmark of excellence in the industry, and the clients and agencies that feature in them are some of the best in the business.
