MANILA – Leo Burnett and Arc Worldwide Manila recently appointed Dino Cabrera as Chief Digital Officer. Prior to the appointment, Cabrera headed the agency’s Digital Creative Group. The appointment comes in the heels of strong growth in the business and continued integration across all units within the Leo Burnett Group, the agency said in a press release.
“The appointment of Dino reinforces our continued focus and investment in building our digital capabilities. With his expertise and experience, we are confident that he can effectively steer our digital group in providing clients superior digital marketing and communications solutions that encourage people interaction with brands,” Raymond Arrastia, Leo Burnett Group Manila, Managing Director, said.
“I welcome this as a challenge to develop award-winning digital solutions that grow our clients’ brands and businesses. I am excited with this new role to drive our agency’s digital capabilities and proprietary platforms,” Cabrera said.
Cabrera was responsible for developing the digital work as part of integrated communication solutions for clients such as McDonald’s, Samsung and P&G. Prior to joining Leo Burnett in August 2011, he was the executive creative director of NetBooster where he was responsible for turning the web company into a digital creative agency. He was also, at one time, a creative director at BBDO Guerrero/Proximity Philippines where he developed commercial content for digital, direct and relationship marketing.
