MANILA – Liquid TV, a new lifestyle television show for water sports enthusiasts is set to launch on cable sports channel Pinoy Xtreme.
Hosted by freediver and skindiving instructor Tara Abrina, the show will talk about various water sports such as sailing, kayaking, diving, kiteboarding, surfing, dragon boat, water skiing, and more.
The 15-minute show will include interviews with sports insiders and icons, as well as equipment and gear reviews. It will also introduce local training facilities, cover events and destinations, and highlight marine and coastal biodiversity.
Produced by Hard Hat Media, Liquid TV will be filmed in various locations around the Philippines, and will feature guest co-hosts from various water sports organizations.
“Liquid aims to be the voice of Philippine Watersort, bringing the Watersport community together to pursue common goals and objectives,” Hard Hat said in a press release.
“The show will serve as the Philippine water sport organizations’ TV proponent to grow the Philippine water sport industry that will positively affect Philippine tourism, the LGUs’ economic growth, related private enterprises’ businesses, environmental awareness, and industry recognition,” it said.
The show will air four times a day on the Pinoy Xtreme channel starting May 2014.
