Lowe PHL’s ‘SM Eco Bag’ campaign scoops a Gold and Silver at ADC Awards

MANILA – Lowe PHL’s multi-awarded campaign, ‘SM Eco Bag’ has added two more awards under its belt. This time at the ADC 94th Annual Awards.

The campaign won a Gold for Craft (Press & Broadcast) – Art Direction and a Silver for Poster/Billboard – Outdoor category.

This campaign focused on the dangers of the frequent use of plastic bags especially in shopping malls. The idea was to create eco-friendly bags that are made entirely from recycled plastic, covers and wrappers with designs depicting scenarios in the Philippines during typhoons and encouraged shoppers to use these as their shopping bags.

Earlier this year, ‘SM Eco Bags’ also won a Bronze metal at the Asia-Pacific AdFest at Pattaya, Thailand.

Last year, the campaign has bagged several awards across International and Local award shows including the prestigious Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.
