MANILA – Havas Media Ortega’s client Max’s Restaurant has created a video using Instagram’s Hyperlapse app to demonstrate their efficiency. According to the agency, Max’s is the first brand in the Philippines to use the app.

The video aims to demonstrate Max’s Restaurants efficiency in delivering signature fried chicken to anyone, anywhere within the country, they said.

The brand also wanted to position itself as an active user of digital platforms in the competitive market and saw the launch of Hyperlapse App as an opportunity to bring together what was timeless and modern.

Released by Instagram on August 26, the Hyperlapse app  allows users to capture high-quality short, time-lapse videos while in motion. With the app’s simple design, it makes it easier for users to create videos minus the hassle.

Marketers around the world were quick to take advantage of the app, with brands such as Mountain Dew, Naked Juice, and Cosmopolitan creating their own videos.
