MANILA – After a five-way pitch held in December last year, PC&V has won the Argentina Canned Meat account, the biggest canned meat brand of Century Pacific Food, Inc. (CPFI).
The good news came as an early Christmas gift, having been announced just about a week before holiday break.
“What a fantastic way to end 2016! We are profoundly honored to be given this assignment and overjoyed that we have been entrusted to shepherd another important brand of CPFI,” commented PC&V’s President and Chief Creative Officer, Ariel Comia.
“This win is a testament to the unwavering trust of our client in our capabilities and track record not only as a creative agency but also as an effective business partner,” he added.
“Creativity is very difficult to judge,” said Mayette Siasoco, Marketing Director of CPFI’s Canned Meat Division. “But PC&V presented an impressive and relevant campaign that will help build and strengthen the Argentina brand. We are very delighted to work with such passionate and dedicated team as we take the brand to a new level.”
PC&V will be taking care of all strategic and creative communications for the Argentina Canned Meat brand starting 2017.
“Given that we are already the Agency-of-Record of CPFI’s Century Tuna, the leading canned tuna brand in the Philippines which we have been handling for almost two decades now, we took it as a critical test of our mettle as an Agency to pitch for another brand assignment and convince our Client that we could readily expand our reach and prove to be a worthy brand steward in another highly competitive category,” said Carol San Pedro, Creative Director, PC&V.
