MANILA, PHILIPPINES – Google announced the appointment of Bernadette Nacario as the new Country Director for the Philippine headquarters.
Prior to joining Google, Bernadette served as the Country Manager for Systems of IBM Philippines, and Apple Philippines and Guam. A veteran in the Information Technology industry with extensive background in General Management, Sales, Marketing, and Channel Management, she also held various leadership positions for other reputable tech brands such as HP, Microsoft, and Siemens.
As the new Country Director for Google Philippines, Bernadette will manage the company’s day-to-day operations and develop an overall growth strategy for the business. She will work closely with the sales leadership team in setting objectives and priorities that will guide the organization. She will also play a vital role in maintaining Google’s culture within teams.

Bernadette will report directly to Stephanie Davis, Managing Director for Google Southeast Asia. Stephanie recognizes Bernadette’s solid background and experience as a tech and business leader.
“Dette brings with her incredible experience in leading teams across partnerships, sales, and brand marketing, and has always placed her teams and clients at the center of it all. Under her leadership, Google will be in a stronger position to forge strategic partnerships and drive inclusive growth for the Philippines. We are fortunate to have her onboard,” said Stephanie.
Bernadette holds a Graduate Diploma in Management from the Helsinki School of Economics (Executive Education). She is a graduate of Polytechnic University of the Philippines with a degree in Accountancy.
