MANILA, PHILIPPINES – In a matter of weeks, TBWA\Santiago Mangada Puno will bid farewell to executive creative director Bryan Siy, who has decided to call it a day at the famed creative house. During Siy’s tenure, the Disruption Agency received a multitude of local, regional, and international awards.
The body of work he leaves behind include Siy’s Cannes Lion-winning “Disgusting Stories” and “Dirty Water Color”.
“He was an integral contributor to the reputation of the agency,” says TBWA\SMP chief creative officer Melvin Mangada. “His numerous awards are testaments to his enormous talent and creative vision.”
Bryan Siy first joined TBWA\SMP in 2006, having previously served as an associate creative director at BBDO, and stints at McCann and Lowe as copywriter. TBWA\SMP Managing Partner Jimmy Santiago credits Siy’s success with his eye for detail, “His zeal is unparalleled…regardless if it was a full campaign or an on-premise requirement, Bryan always made sure that everything was taken care of.”
“We shall miss his brilliance,” adds Mangada. “True to form, Bryan decided to make a bold move at a time of global disruption.”
Having produced many of the nation’s leading agencies’ ECD’s and CCO’s, Siy’s exit solidifies TBWA\SMP’s reputation as a shop where creative excellence and effectiveness are forged.
With gratitude for his service and accomplishments, the management of TBWA\SMP wish Bryan all the best as he embarks on this new chapter in his career.
