Creative excellence and impeccable efficiency, these two growth factors were considered in McCann Worldgroup Philippines’ appointment of Ramon Garcia.

Garcia has over two and half decades of experience in advertising, marketing, and sales-managing leader and challenger brands. He has managed and made brands successful in different economic situations. His core competencies has been in been in the area of the development of marketing communications solutions and campaigns, overall management of agency operations, turning around brand performance, strengthening client relationships, and winning new business.

In McCann, Garcia stands out with his witty, well-educated and well-travelled personality. A McCann veteran with an MBA from AIM, his keen insight into humanity has been shared to the agency for over 15 years. Garcia can also be credited as the business champion behind McCann’s recent gold and silver Cannes win for Fully Booked and Maggi.

Garcia currently heads the Nestlé business. He previously led giant accounts like Globe Telecom, United Laboratories, San Miguel Beer, Coca-Cola, Jollibee Foods Corporation, Bank of the Philippine Islands, MasterCard, Gillette, and McDonald’s business groups. Before McCann, Garcia was with Johnson & Johnson. He started his career with San Miguel Corporation’s Magnolia as a brand manager for their milk brands.
