Directed by Dan Villegas, the viral ad follows the story of Cam as a girlfriend. She deliberately changes her personality to match her current boyfriend until she loses her sense of self in the process.

Villegas is both a director and cinematographer and has numerous films under his belt including QCInema International Film Festival’s Audience Choice, “Hintayan ng Langit.

His second feature film, “English Only, Please,” starring Derek Ramsay and Jennylyn Mercado, won him Best Director at the 2014 Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF), where it also went home with prizes for 2nd Best Picture, Best Story, Best Screenplay, Best Editing, Best Actor, and Best Actress. â €

His entry to the 2015 MMFF, the Jericho Rosales-starrer “Walang Forever,” also made a clean sweep of the trophies, including Best Picture and the Fernando Poe Jr. Memorial Award for Excellence. â €

Villegas, who is the Balanghai Award-winning cinematographer behind “Huling Pasada” (2008) and “Mayohan” (2010), has since directed “The Break-Up Playlist,” “How to be Yours,” and “Always be my Maybe” — the latter named by CNN as one of the best Filipino films of 2016.
