People: Propel Manila Strengthens Leadership with Female Power in its Accounts, Social, Culture and Creative Teams

MANILA, PHILIPPINES – Independent digital creative house Propel Manila announces several senior appointments in their Accounts, Social, Culture, and Creative Departments.

Propel welcomes Julia dela Rosa as Business Unit Director. In her new role, Julia will oversee the work for Uniqlo and lead business development for the agency. She brings to the agency years of experience at creative shops like Visual Latina, Campaigns & Grey, Publicis JimenezBasic, and a notable brand stint at Coca-Cola.

Marian Rios steps up as Account Director for Social. A homegrown talent of Propel Manila, she will now lead and oversee the social work for some of Propel’s biggest brands like Kiehl’s, UNIQLO, and UnionBank.

Former HR Manager, Carleen Name, takes on new responsibilities as the Culture and People Lead. The new role further solidifies Propel’s commitment to utilizing culture as the force in driving their brands and their people forward.

Rounding up Propel’s senior appointments is the hiring of Rem Debil as the new Associate Creative Director for the Creative Department. She brings with her 9 years of experience from multiple agencies such as TBWA/SMP, Y&R, and ASPAC DAN.
