MANILA – Three Filipino veteran ad practitioners will be judging at this year’s Spikes Asia Festival of Creativity, which runs from September 9 to 11 in Singapore.
Representing the country are judges Arthur Policarpio (managing director – Mobext APAC), Margot Torres (SVP of Marketing – McDonald’s Philippines) and Milen de Quiros (President, Full Circle Communications).
Policarpio (middle) will be judging entries in the Digital and Mobile category, led by jury president Wain Choi, VP and Global ECD of Cheil Worldwide. He, along with Bela Gupta D’Souza from Globe Telecom, was a previous speaker at the Festival’s The Forum in 2014.
Joining the Creative Effectiveness jury is Torres, a 28-year marketing veteran who has been leading dozens of memorable campaigns for McDonald’s Philippines for the past 10 years. The jury president for this category is Nick Garrett, CEO of Colenso BBDO from New Zealand
Margot (right) was also part of the jury for Asian Marketing Effectiveness Awards in 2013 and Campaign Asia’s Agency of Year Awards in 2014.
Capping off the Philippine jury is Ma. Amylyn Sison-de Quiros (left), who will be judging in the PR category, helmed by Valerie Pinto, Chief Executive Officer, Weber Shandwick, India.
Fondly called as Milen by the industry, she founded Full Circle Communications in 2000 to handle the public relations business of big-ticket clients which include Pfizer, Unilever, Deutsche Bank, Manila Water Company and Jollibee.
