PS Bank’s new ad by Seven AD keeps it simple

MANILA – It’s all about simple joys in PS Bank’s latest ad by Seven AD, building on the bank’s tag line, “Simple Lang. Maaasahan.”

In a noticeable departure from the tone of past PS Bank TVCs, this new spot pieces together bits and pieces of funny home and viral videos to show the little things that make Filipinos happy.

Instead of the celebrity endorsers that starred in the banks’ previous ads, famous YouTube characters make appearances: the dancing traffic cop, Cebu dancing inmates, and the ecstatic gay Ms. Universe sleepover crew to name a few.

The feel-good montage is completed with footage of laughing babies, smiling people, sunshine, road trips, marriage proposals, and other happy moments. Of course, there were also scenes of clients going about their business at PS bank as if queues never existed. The idea is that the bank’s simple joy is to simplify its customers’ lives.
