MANILA – TeamManila pairs up with saGuijo, one of the most prominent music venues in the country, in a collaboration that does not only promote clothing but local artistry as well.
For more than a decade, the small yet homey space of saGuijo has been a favorite place to drink, eat, and witness some of the country’s finest musicians perform. And to mark the bar’s 10th year anniversary, TeamManila designed a limited edition shirt featuring TeamManila’s Rizal in gold and black hues. The design that calls “Support Pinoy Rock” also comes in a tank top.
To launch this collaboration, an evening of music from Sandwich, Tarsius, Flying Ipis, Cheats, Helen, Ourselves the Elves, and Assembly Generals came through last June 5 at where else but saGuijo. Aside from the performances, a live silkscreening session from Screen Machine, which features a collaboration with calligrapher Carl Chua, also occurred.
The TeamManila x saGuijo collaboration apparel will be soon available in selected TeamManila Lifestyle Stores.
